Who we are
MODURA (monitor.modura.app) is a sensor monitoring and control platform for irrigation and equipment, operated by Environmental Elements, LLC (harmonyanalytica.com). This policy describes what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: email invites@modura.app.
What we collect
Account information you give us: your name, email address, and — only if you add it — your mobile phone number. Sensor telemetry from devices you or your organization connect: readings such as soil moisture, temperature, tank level, and device health. Basic usage records needed to operate and secure the service, such as sign-in times.
How we use it
To run the service: show your readings, evaluate the alert rules you configure, and deliver the notifications you asked for by the channels you chose (email and/or text message). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you add your mobile number and choose text delivery on an alert rule, we send you text messages for those alerts. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the vendors who deliver messages on our behalf. You can opt out at any time by removing text delivery in the app, deleting your number from your profile, or replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Who we share with
Only the service providers required to operate MODURA — hosting, database, email delivery, and SMS delivery — and only the minimum they need to do their job. Never data brokers, never advertisers.
Retention and security
Sensor readings are retained so your history and charts work. Account information is kept while your account exists. Data is encrypted in transit, access is scoped per organization, and you can ask us to delete your account and its personal information at any time.
Your choices
You can edit or remove your phone number and notification preferences in the app at any time, and unsubscribe from any channel per alert rule. To exercise any privacy request, email invites@modura.app.
